The self-evaluation is my reflection of my current rating on each of the Instructional Designer Competencies. A brief description is given to explain the rating and development for each Instructional Designer Competency and performance statement. The first self evaluation (Self-Evaluation One) was conducted in the beginning of the IDD&E program (September 2019) and the second evaluation (Self-Evaluation Two) was conducted at the conclusion of the first semester of the IDD&E program (November 2019). The third and final self-evaluation was completed at the conclusion of IDD&E program (June 2020). The three self-evaluations represent my development in each of the Instructional Designer Competencies throughout the IDD&E program. The self-evaluation essay is my reflection of the competencies I believe I have strongly developed, need to continue to develop, and the importance of tracking the development of the Instructional Designer Competencies.
