This project gave an opportunity for students to select, explore, and analysis a current performance problem that needs to be addressed. Through this project, the student is able to identify the current state, desired state, and the performance gap using one or a combination of the front-end analysis models presented in the course. This project allowed for a thorough and deep understanding in conducting a front-end analysis prior to designing and developing future instructional materials.
