IDE 761 Strategies in Educational Project Management


This course is designed to introduce the student to the management tactics, skills, procedures, and tools for planning and administering educational projects. Includes planning, implementing, maintaining, and closing projects; investigating project management issues on scope, changes, and quality. Throughout the course, students will have an opportunity to develop a project management plan by using the five phases of project management, which include, define, plan, organize, control, and close.
