This course is designed to introduce the student to the techniques used to determine educational or training program solutions. Participants examine human behavior and the role that instruction can have in changing behavior on the job and in society. Throughout this course, students will explore a plethora of tools and techniques used to investigate performance problems that may exist. The primary process students will learn and explore in this course is the front-end analysis (FEA). Additionally, each student will be required to complete three projects, which are listed below in the artifacts.
