This course is designed to introduce the student to the techniques for evaluating educational and training programs and projects. Units focus on planning, client relations, problem analysis, data collection and analysis, reporting, evaluation management, and ethics. During this course, students will collaborate within a small group by selecting and evaluating a program, which will be considered an evaluation project throughout the semester.
